• Information you provide: When you contact us we will have the "FROM" email address. In the case of phone calls, apps like Telegram (prefferably) or Whatsapp, we will have this contact numner.
• The website is currently hosted by Vercel, which have their own privacy policy here.
• Cookies and similar technologies: We do not store cookies in your browser except for your choice of light or dark theme.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information you provide for the following purposes:

• For the use of provision of our services.
• Communication: We may use your email address or contact details to send you proposals, reports and business communication. We will have your email address or contact details in South Africa in encrypted database for a period required for provision of a specific service. Emails are kept on South African servers for a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise required for the provision of services. After the period expires we delete all communication unless there is an ongoing business requirement which has been agreed upon.
